Wild Rice, Pear and Sweet Potato Salad
- 2 cups wild rice, cooked
- 8 1/2 ounces sweet potatoes, sliced into in cubes and cooked
- 2 USA Pears in cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- 1 packet of arugula
Mix all the ingredients and place in a salad bowl.
Wash the arugula leaves thoroughly and decorate the edges of the salad bowl. Serve.
