Super easy to make. Wanted to lower sodium intake in the marinade, so used less soy sauce and more honey and sesame oil. Had some General Tso’s sauce, used about a 1/3 cup instead of red pepper flakes. Taste your marinade before using and adjust heat and spice according to your taste.
Pro tip: Marinade the skewers in Tupperware with a tight lid and a good seal, and flip it gently over evry so often, so the marinade coats everything. Also, might be better with slightly under ripe pears, ours were super right and did get mushy.
Worked great on the grill! We loved it and ate it all. 🙂 10/10 will make again.
