- 1 Anjou pear, diced
- 1 TBS chopped jalapeno (can sub green or red pepper)
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (can sub cilantro)
- 1 TBS sliced scallions
- 1/2 TBS minced red onion (optional)
- 3 TBS fresh squeezed lemon juice (can sub fresh orange or lime juice)
- 1 TBS honey
- 1/2 TBS olive or grapeseed oil
- Pinch salt & pepper
