- 1 ciabatta roll
- 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 USA Anjou pear
- 2 ounces Brie cheese (2 slices)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the ciabatta bread lengthwise.
- Spread pesto on one side and Dijon mustard on the other.
- Slice your USA pear into ¼-inch thick slices.
