Fresh USA Anjou pear slices team up with creamy Brie, peppery arugula, and a drizzle of honey for a delightful twist on a classic sandwich. With pesto and Dijon mustard adding layers of flavor, this panini comes together in just 15 minutes for a quick, delicious lunch or dinner that feels fancy but couldn’t be easier to make.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 USA Anjou pear
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese (2 slices)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice  the ciabatta bread lengthwise.
  3. Spread pesto on one side and Dijon mustard on the other.
  4. Slice your USA pear into ¼-inch thick slices.
  5. On the pesto side, add a layer of pear slices. On the Dijon mustard side, add a layer of cheese slices.
  6. Place both sides on a baking tray, drizzle some honey on top, and bake until the cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
  7. Add a handful of fresh arugula, close your panini, and enjoy!
