A delicious spicy twist on the popular cuban mojito developed by our USA Pear team in Mexico using sweet Forelle pear and spiked with serrano pepper.
  • 1/2 small pear (like Anjou or Forelle) cut into julienne
  • 1 shot of mezcal
  • ¾ cup ginger ale
  • 1 dry serrano pepper
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar

Shake half of the ginger ale and the other ingredients in a shaker.  Serve and add the remaining ginger ale.
