Portland, Ore., September 30, 2009 The growers of USA Pears have teamed up with BUILT, the design company that produces stylish neoprene lunch totes and other consumer goods, for a creative cross promotion this fall. Beginning September 30 and continuing through November 15, customers who purchase lunch totes at www.builtny.com will receive a free reusable Pear Packer, courtesy of USA Pears.
Based in New York, BUILT is a fast-growing brand that designs innovative neoprene bags, cases, and accessories for carrying and protecting food, drink, and consumer electronic products. The offer will be promoted on the newly redesigned USA Pears website, usapears.org, and a code will be provided for customers to enter at checkout on the BUILT website. The USA Pears e-newsletter and social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and “The Pear Dish” blog will also tout the alliance.
